The working process : feeding ---heating area (heating by remote infrared ceramic heater)--forming area ( vacuum forming ,press forming and synthetically forming ) --Pneumatic cutting knife cut the shaped sheet into pieces --winding scrap .

2. heating area adopts remote infrared ceramic heater ,with which the machine an get the most stable and even temperature
3. It is is an all-powerful thermal forming machine with integration of vacuum forming ,press forming and synthetical forming .
4.The machine adopts digital system , fully automatic PLC mechanical and electronic integration control ,touch screen to control the working programme .
