Based on foreign similar products, WBF series may carry out dryness, shotting and capsuling. In different purpose, three approaches can be implemented. Tangent line spraying: dryness, shotting , capsuling, coating in one equipment. Bottom spraying: capsuling and coating for high purpose. Top spraying: shotting, dryness and some capsuling. In design of fluid bed, three processing equipment possess all-purpose functional system: air filtration system, heating system, dehumidification, humidification system, feed flow & spray system, air exhaust system, induced-draft fan, control system. Different fluid bed structure is key technology. The above three processing techniques are differentiated by spray direction of fluidized state and spray liquid.
