Film faced plywood specification as follows:
Core: poplar/birch/pine core/ birch face and back, poplar core/poplar with birch.
Layer:9~13layers
Glue: MR/WBP
PSF: black or brown 120~180g/m2
Size: 915mm*1830mm ;1220mm*2440mm ; 1250mm*2500mm
Thickness: 9mm~27mm
Our film faced plywood with phenolic glue can smooth the surface of concrete; Wear-resistant ,anti-cracking, and alkaline-resistant; The waterproof coating can extend the working life of the concrete; There is no color contamination between the concrete and the PF plywood; Low levels of aldehyde, phenol, and other toxic emissions; joyowood film faced plywood is Pine, Poplar ,Birch or combi plywood coated on both sides with a smooth hard wearing phenolic film overlay.
