| Partek Forest becomes Komatsu Forest |

The acquisition of Partek Forest by Komatsu has been approved by the Competition Commissions. This means Partek Forest AB will now become Komatsu Forest AB. The company will continue to sell its forestry machines under the Valmet name.
Komatsu Forest AB`s subsidiaries will also change their names after the acquisition. The manufacturing companies will now be known as Komatsu Forest LLC (USA) and Cranab AB (Sweden). The sales companies will be called: Swelog Skogsmaskiner HB (Sweden), Komatsu Forest Oy (Finland), Komatsu Forest AS (Norway), Komatsu Forest GmbH. (Germany), Komatsu Forest Ltd. (UK), Komatsu Forest Ltda. (Brazil) and Komatsu Forest Pty Ltd. (Australia).
