Some North American factories have persuaded American Forest & Paper Association and Pulp &Paper Products Council (PPPC) to get an agreement on the way of making monthly storage report. That is to do monthly storage report according to the supply quantities per day not to the actual quantities. The other factories object to make reports in compliance with the average delivery quantities in 3 months. The factories inclining to making daily storage reports are expected to shift the emphases from the supplying and manufacturing of pulp &paper to the consumption of pulp and the supplying and demanding of paper. |
