| Trex Company Partners With U.S. Lumber Group to Launch TrexTrim(TM) |

Trex Company today announced a
strategic partnership with U.S. Lumber Group, a distributor of building
materials headquartered in Atlanta. U.S. Lumber Group will serve as a
full-line stocking distributor of new TrexTrim(TM), an ultra low-maintenance
trim product offering superior durability and long-lasting beauty to both
consumers and contractors.
U.S. Lumber Group will stock TrexTrim at each of its seven distribution
centers -- ensuring that TrexPro(R) Contractors affiliated with lumberyards
and millwork houses/shops throughout 14 Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic states
will be able to order and receive TrexTrim on an efficient basis.

TrexTrim is manufactured of cellular PVC material that resists yellowing,
splitting, rot and insects. Its exclusive release film protects the trim
during transport and installation -- resulting in a clean, scratch-free
finish. At the job site, TrexTrim provides contractors with superior
workability, as it easily cuts, fastens and paints, saving both time and
money. The product is available in sheets, corner board, bead board and smooth
or wood-grain trim boards -- all of which offer the security of a 25-year
